Using Tibetan 7-metal Singing Bowls is a powerful way to move into a deep meditative and peaceful state. The gentle frequencies and vibrations that are created stimulate the brain and body at a cellular level. Research confirms that calming the mind and body aids in detoxification and restoration, so join me in a workshop where we will experience a sound bath and learn how to play and work with these beautiful meditation tools. The workshop fee can be used as a coupon towards owning your own bowl.

There is power in group energy that is infinite and never ending. And it is in coming full circle that we heal. Join us as we create a sacred space combining the subtle vibrations of Tibetan Singing Bowls with the methodical beats of Shamanic Drums.

Each person will experience an individual Sound and Vibration session as the group holds the space in a circle of healing.

Experience healing and release through the vibration of the drum! Join us for a unique and cathartic sound bath experience composed of three main parts: rattles and shakers, resounding drums, and instruments of a prolonged tone and vibration (bells, chimes, singing bowls, & tuning forks). People have gathered in circles since the beginning of humankind for a very good reason - the circle is the container for building community and celebrating life! Circles assume a universal human wish to be connected to others in a positive light. The values of our Circle derive from the basic human impulse that values, nurtures, and promotes good connections.
